DMCA

In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following policy regarding copyright infringement. We reserve the right to:

  1. Restrict access to, or remove, any content we reasonably believe to be copyrighted material that has been unlawfully duplicated and distributed by users, affiliates, partners, or advertisers; and

  2. Suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

By using CozyTwig’s services, you agree to abide by our Terms of Service, which include this Copyright Dispute Policy. Any undefined terms in this policy carry the same meaning as in our Terms of Service.

How to Report Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content hosted on or accessible via our services violates your copyright (or the copyright of a party you are authorized to represent), please submit a formal notice to our Designated Agent (contact details below), including the following information:

  • A physical or digital signature of the copyright holder or an authorized representative;

  • A clear identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed;

  • Specific details about the infringing material, including its location on our platform, sufficient to allow us to locate it;

  • A good faith statement that you believe the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law;

  • Your full contact information, including mailing address, telephone number, and if available, an email address;

  • A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder.

Upon Receiving a Valid Infringement Notice

Once we receive a complete and proper notice of copyright infringement, we may take the following actions:

  • Remove or block access to the infringing material;

  • Notify the user or content provider of the takedown;

  • Terminate the account of the user if they are determined to be a repeat offender.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe that your material was removed in error or that you have the legal right to use it (e.g., through licensing or fair use), you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Agent. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;

  • Identification of the material removed and its prior location before removal;

  • A statement made in good faith that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;

  • Your name, mailing address, phone number, and (if available) email address;

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and will accept service of process from the original complaining party.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may inform the original complainant and may restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant initiates legal action.
